Q: What is provided in each of your Suites ?
A: Each suite features a walkout balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with 7 appliances: Fridge, Stove, Built-in oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer and Dryer. All suites are equipped with thermostat controlled central Heating and Air Conditioning, 2 or 3 fireplaces, 3 Cordless Phones, 2 or 3 Plasma LCD TVs, DVD Player, 2 or 3 Ipod docks, Stereo System with CD, Premium quality linen, and Luxurious bath and hand towels. WiFi Wireless Internet, Unlimited local calls, and basic cable TV are Free. On site underground parking is available at a nominal charge.



Q: Where are your Suites located ? What types of Suites are offered ?
A: Canada Suites offers fully furnished luxurious Suites at highly competitive rates, located in the heart of the business, financial and entertainment districts. We offer One Bedroom Suites, and Two Bedroom Two Bath Suites.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9.00 a.m. until 7 p.m. EST. On Saturdays we are open from 11.30 a.m. until 6 p.m. EST. We are closed on Sundays and on Holidays.

Q: What are the Check-in and Check-out times ?
A: Check-in time is 4 p.m. If you would like to check in earlier than 4 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival please contact Canada Suites to reserve a suite for one day earlier. Check-out time is until 11.00  a.m. If you would like to check-out after 11 a.m. on your day of departure please contact Canada Suites to reserve a suite for an additional day. Note that Canada Suites can not store any luggage. 

Q: Why does it cost less to stay at Canada Suites ?
A: The suites are spacious and feature walkout balconies and fully equipped kitchens. All suites offer 1 or 2 private bedrooms and separate living room / dining room areas - ideal layout for having meetings with colleagues or clients. You get 520 - 1,000 square feet living space compared to the average 350 square foot hotel suite. Renting a suite is more cost effective than renting 2 or 3 hotel rooms for a group of colleagues or a large family. Fully equipped kitchens allow your employees to prepare their own meals as opposed to having to dine out providing a substantial savings on meal allowances. In-suite laundry provides convenience and keeps the change in your pocket! Private phone line allows your employees to call customers in the surrounding area at no charge, as local calls are free. At a hotel, 20 calls a day adds $20.00/day to your budget.  

Q: What forms of payment are accepted ?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Certified Checks, Bank Drafts, Money Orders, Interac Electronic Money Transfers, Interac, Cash, and Wire Transfers. If payment is made by Visa & MasterCard, the cardholder and credit card that was used to reserve the suite must be present upon arrival.

Q: What is a typical Two Bedroom Two Bath Suite ?
A: Designed to exceed today's executive's expectations each Two Bedroom suite is approximately 1,000 sq. ft. and features a walkout balcony, fully equipped kitchen with 7 appliances, Master Bedroom with a Simmons Beautyrest queen size bed, fireplace and Plasma LCD TV; a Second bedroom with a Simmons Beautyrest queen size bed, fireplace and Plasma LCD TV; Living room with 2 double sofa beds, fireplace and Plasma LCD TV; Dining room with a dining table and 4 chairs and a computer desk and such little necessities as 3 ipod docks and 3 cordless phones. Each two bedroom Suite is exquisitely decorated, and features ensuite washroom with full bath and a shower, second washroom with full bath and a shower, designer furniture, premium bedding, luxurious bath robes and hand and bath towels. Fax machine and a color printer with all necessary cables and a package of printer paper can be provided at a nominal daily charge.

Q: What is a typical One Bedroom suite ?
A: Designer decorated and fully equipped One Bedroom suite features a fully equipped kitchen, 7 appliances, large walkout balcony and is equipped with a bedroom featuring Simmons Beautyrest queen size bed, fireplace with Plasma LCD TV, and a large closet, and a separate living/dining room with two double sofa beds, fireplace Plasma LCD TV, and a dining table with 4 chairs and a computer desk. Each One Bedroom suite offers designer furniture in each room, 2 Plasma LCD TVs, 3 cordless phones, Stereo System with Ipod dock, CD player and Remote, and a DVD. Each 1 Bedroom Suite features premium bedding, luxurious bath robes and hand and bath towels.Fax machine and a color printer with all necessary cables and a package of printer paper can be provided at a nominal daily charge.

Q: Do you offer underground parking at the building ?
A: On site underground parking with unlimited in/out privileges is available at $28.00 CAD per night plus HST tax. Clients are strongly advised to reserve parking well in advance since parking availability is limited. Long term (61 or more nights) parking spot rentals may be available at discounted rates. Q: Is it possible to view a Suite ?

Q: Is it possible to reserve a Suite prior to my arrival ?
A: Early reservations are strongly encouraged due to a limited number of Suites available. The Suites are provided on a first come-first served basis.

Q: What do I need to reserve a Suite ?
A: Payment in full at the time of booking is required to confirm a reservation for less than 61 nights. Pre-payment of at least 121 nights is required to confirm a reservation of a Suite offered at a discounted long term rate, discounted government rate or discounted corporate rate.

Q: Why does it cost less to stay with Canada Suites?
A: Our Suites are large and can comfortably accommodate a family or a group of colleagues. All suites feature walkout balconies and include full kitchens with a full size refrigerator, stove, built in oven, dishwasher and a microwave. Cookware, silverware and dinnerware is also provided for the convenience of our guests. Guests can prepare their own meals, therefore not only saving on dining out costs, but also preparing healthy home-made dishes they are used to.

All local calls are complimentary enabling our clients to stay in touch with friends and family or work from the Suites. High speed WiFi Internet access helps our guests stay productive and connected while away from work and home.

Complimentary washer and dryer in each Suite help our clients save time and money by eliminating the necessity and the expense of using laundry service.

Entertainment is readily available thanks to the complimentary unlimited WiFi high speed Internet, and complimentary cable TV, big screen Plasma LCD TVs, DVD, and Stereo Systems with Ipod dock and CD that are provided in every Suite.

And who wouldn't appreciate the convenience of having a personal fax machine or a color printer with all necessary cables and a package of printer paper (available upon request in all Suites at a nominal daily charge).

Q: How do I reserve a Suite ?
A: Please call or email us and one of our helpful Accommodation Consultants will gladly answer your questions and assist you in making a reservation. Q: What is the check-in procedure ?
A: An associate will be meeting you in the lobby of the building on the day of your arrival to verify your picture ID, obtain the deposit for incidental charges, obtain a manual imprint of American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, Visa or Master Card that was used to pay for your reservation (as required by our bank), sign the paperwork and provide you with Suite keys. Please note that check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. It is not possible to check-in prior to 4 p.m. or after 9.30 p.m.

Q: What do I need to bring with me ?
A: All Suites are fully equipped with linen, towels, bath robes, dishes, cookware, silverware, water, wine and champagne glasses and numerous kitchen utensils. Starter packages of soap, shampoo, hand lotion, tooth paste, tooth brushes, shower caps and bathroom tissues are provided. Small basket with black & green tea, hot chocolate, sugar and sugar substitute is provided. A starter laundry detergent package and starter dishwasher detergent are provided.

Q: What are the Cancellation Terms ?
A: A reservation can be cancelled or modified at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. Penalty of 35% of the total amount payable will be charged. If a reservation is cancelled or modified less than 30 days prior to the Occupancy date, or in case of a no show the client is responsible for the total amount payable for his/her stay. Reservations made at our promotional or discounted rates are non-refundable. Any deposits paid are non-refundable. Reservation is non refundable and can not be cancelled after the commencement of the Occupancy. No exceptions will be granted.
