What are the cancellation terms ?
Cancellation Policy: A reservation made on the www.canadasuites.com website can be cancelled and / or modified at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. Penalty of 40% of the total amount payable will be charged. If a reservation is cancelled and / or modified less than 30 days prior to the check in date, and / or in case of a no show the guest is responsible for the total amount payable for his/her stay. A reservation is non refundable and can not be cancelled and / or modified after the commencement of the occupancy.
It is 8 a.m. and I already arrived in Toronto. Can I check in early ?
We do not offer early check in. The check-in time is after 4 p.m. It is not possible to check in earlier than 4 p.m. If you know that you will be arriving early in the morning we suggest that you reserve a suite for 1 extra day so that the suite is ready and waiting for you to arrive. Can you store my luggage ?
Due to Covid19 pandemic we can not offer any luggage storage at this time. Our insurance prohibits us from doing so. There are a number of companies that offer luggage storage in Toronto. One of such companies is www.bagsaway.ca that you can reach toll-free at: 1-844-647-2247
What do I need to bring with me ?
Just bring your suit cases, your government issued photo ID, and your valid credit card. All Canada Suites furnished condo apartments are fully equipped with linen, towels, dishes, cookware, silverware, water glasses, wine glasses and numerous kitchen utensils. Starter packages of soap, shampoo, hand lotion, and facial and bathroom tissues are provided. Small basket with black & green tea, hot chocolate, sugar and sugar substitute is provided. A starter laundry detergent package and starter dishwasher detergent are provided. There is a hair dryer, iron, and an ironing board in each apartment.
What is the check-in procedure ?
Due to Covid19 pandemic for the health and safety of our guests, and team members in compliance with the social distancing requirements we no longer have an associate meeting guests at this time. We now offer contactless check-in and contactless check-out.
Fully refundable deposit for incidentals / damages must be provided to us by e-transfer at least 24 hours prior to your check-in date. Valid government issued photo ID for each guest must be provided to us by text, secure iMessage, secure What’sApp messenger, and /or by email 24 hours prior to check in. After we receive deposit for incidentals / damages, and ID copies we will send you an Occupancy Licensing Agreement that can be securely signed on your phone, tablet and / or computer. After we receive signed Occupancy Licensing Agreement we will send you detailed check-in instructions with step by step pictures.
Please note that check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. It is not possible to check-in prior to 4 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 9.00 p.m. please email us at info@CanadaSuites.com so that we can make special arrangements for you.
How do I reserve a Suite ?
You can book online live or if you’d prefer to book with an actual person, please call or email us and one of our helpful Guest Service Associates who are on duty from 9 p.m. to 8 p.m. Toronto time will gladly answer your questions and assist you in making a reservation. We can be reached by phone at: (416) 223-2812 or Toll Free at: 8 555 SUITES (855-578-4837) Monday through Friday from 9.00 a.m. until 8.00 p.m. EST and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. You will need a valid credit card to reserve a suite. You will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price of your reservation when you make the reservation. You will be charged the remaining amount 30 days before arrival. If you are planning to arrive within the next 30 days you will be charged full amount due when you reserve a suite. For the safety and security of our guests, and / or to prevent fraud we require valid government issued photo ID from each suite occupant at least 24 prior to check-in date. To prevent any misuse of our suites we require fully refundable damage deposit. Deposit amounts vary from $500 – 1,000.00 CAD. Deposit will be refunded in full after I depart provided that the guest departs on or before 11 a.m. on his / her check-out date, provided that there was no smoking of tobacco and / or marijuana (cannabis) and / or any other substance inside the suite and / or anywhere in the building, provided that the suite was not used for parties and / or gatherings, provided that no pets were brought into the suite, provided that there are no odors in the suite, and provided that nothing is broken, damaged, or missing in the suite.
My TV does not work. How do I turn on the TV ?
Each TV is connected to a small black CIK digital cable box. To watch TV make sure that both the CIK cable box and the TV are plugged in and turned ON. Make sure that the TV is set to correct input to watch Cable TV channels. Use digital cable box remote control to change TV channels. If cable TV stops working, the cable box might need to be unplugged, and after 30-45 seconds plugged back in to be restarted.
Do you have washer, dryer, iron and an ironing board ?
There is a complimentary washer and dryer in each Suite (as well as an iron and an ironing board) that our guests can use as many times as they want to Free of charge. Starter package of laundry detergent is provided in each suite Free of charge. After it is finished, guests will need to purchase their own laundry detergent.
Internet does not work. What do I do ?
Your check-in instructions contain network name and password for your suite. Should you happen to forget what they are, there is a Guest Services Directory on the kitchen counter top in each suite that will tell you what is the network name and WiFi internet password for your suite. If you can not connect to the internet please locate the high speed modem (usually located near the living room TV or near the computer desk), unplug the modem, wait for 45-60 seconds, plug it back in, and wait for 1 to 2 minutes for the modem to reboot.
Where do I put garbage and recycling ?
On each guest floor near the elevators there is a garbage chute room marked “Refuse” and recycling room marked “Recycle Room”. Please put garbage inside garbage bags and place garbage bags inside the garbage chute. Please put all recyclable items into recycling room.
My shower does not work. How do I turn on the shower ?
Some Bathrooms have European Style Faucets, to turn the Shower “ON”, turn the water on and pull down on the Metal Ring, at the bottom of the Bath Tub Water Spout.
I want to take a bath. Where are the bath tub plugs ?
Bath tub plugs are located inside the bathroom cabinet under the sink.
Is it possible to view a Suite ?

Do you offer underground parking at the building ? Can I rent a portable playpen / crib ?
On site underground parking with unlimited in/out privileges is available at $38.88 CAD per night plus government taxes. Guests are strongly advised to reserve parking well in advance since parking availability is limited. Long term (92 or more nights) parking spot rentals may be available at discounted rates. We offer portable playpen / crib rentals at the cost of $149.99 CAD plus government taxes per stay. Availability is limited. Rates are subject to change without notice.
What is provided in a typical One Bedroom Executive suite ?
Designer decorated and fully equipped 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Executive suites are approximately 525-550 square feet. All our 1 Bedroom Executive Suites feature a fully equipped kitchen with 7 appliances and in suite washer and dryer and are equipped with a bedroom featuring top of the line Simmons Beautyrest queen size bed, Plasma LCD TV, and a large closet, and a separate living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 pull out loveseat, fireplace, Plasma LCD TV, dining table with 4 chairs, computer desk with a chair, home phone, and an Iphone dock. Each 1 Bedroom Suite features premium bedding, and luxurious face, hand, and bath towels. Most of our 1 Bedroom Executive Suites feature a walkout balcony.
What is provided in a typical Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Suite ?
Designed to exceed today’s executive’s expectations each Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Presidential suite is approximately 1,000 sq. ft. and features a walkout balcony, fully equipped kitchen with 7 appliances, and in suite washer and dryer. All 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom suites feature a Master Bedroom with a Simmons Beautyrest queen size bed, fireplace and Plasma LCD TV; a Second bedroom with a Simmons Beautyrest queen size bed, fireplace and Plasma LCD TV; Living room with 2 double sofa beds, fireplace and Plasma LCD TV; Dining room with a dining table and 6 chairs and a computer desk, and such little necessities as an Iphone dock and a home phone. Each 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Suite is exquisitely decorated, and features ensuite washroom with full size bath tub and a shower, second washroom with full size bath tub and a shower, premium bedding and luxurious face, hand and bath towels.
What forms of payment are accepted ?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Certified Checks, Bank Drafts, Money Orders, Interac Electronic Money Transfers, Interac, Cash, and Wire Transfers. If payment is made by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express the cardholder and credit card that was used to reserve the suite must be present upon arrival.
Why does it cost less to stay at Canada Suites ?
Our Family Size furnished apartments are spacious and can comfortably accommodate a family or a group of colleagues. All suites offer 1 or 2 private bedrooms and separate living room / dining room areas – an ideal layout for families traveling with children where parents can sleep in the bedroom and children can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. You get 520 – 1,000 square feet living space compared to the average 350 square foot hotel suite. Renting a suite is more cost effective than renting 2 or 3 hotel rooms for a group of colleagues or a large family. Each suite features a fully equipped kitchen complete with a full size refrigerator, stove, built in oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, silverware and dinnerware. Having a kitchen not only allows our guests to prepare healthy home-made dishes they are used to instead of having to dine out all the time, but also provides substantial savings on dining out costs. Free In-suite laundry provides convenience and keeps the change in our guest’s pocket and eliminates the need of using a costly laundry service. Unlimited high speed WiFi internet and unlimited local and long distance calls are Free, eliminating the need to pay for those services. Some of our competitors charge up to $1.00 plus taxes per call and those charges can quickly add up.
What are the Check-in and Check-out times ?
Check-in time is after 4 p.m. It is not possible to check in earlier than 4 p.m. Check-out time is before 11.00 a.m. It is not possible to check out after 11 a.m.

Canada Suites offers fully furnished luxurious Suites at highly competitive rates, located in the heart of the business, financial and entertainment districts. We offer One Bedroom Executive Suites, Penthouse Suites and Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Presidential Suites.
What is provided in each of your suites ?
Each suite features a fully equipped kitchen with 7 appliances: Fridge, Stove, Built-in oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer and Dryer. All suites are equipped with an iron and an ironing board, in suite thermostat controlled central heating (in the fall, winter, and spring) and in suite thermostat controlled central air conditioning (in the summer), 1 or 2 fireplaces, a home phone, 2 or 3 plasma LCD TVs, an Iphone dock, premium quality linen, and luxurious face, hand, and bath towels. WiFi Internet, unlimited calls anywhere in North America, and digital cable TV are Free. All of our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suites and most of our 1 bedroom suites offer walkout balconies. On site secure underground parking with unlimited in and out privileges is available at $28.00 CAD per night plus government of Canada tax of 13%.
