How do I reserve a Suite ?

You can book online live or if you’d prefer to book with an actual person, please call or email us and one of our helpful Guest Service Associates who are on duty from 9 p.m. to 8 p.m. Toronto time will gladly answer your questions and assist you in making a reservation. We can be reached by phone at: (416) 223-2812 or Toll Free at: 8 555 SUITES (855-578-4837) Monday through Friday from 9.00 a.m. until 8.00 p.m. EST and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. You will need a valid credit card to reserve a suite. You will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price of your reservation when you make the reservation. You will be charged the remaining amount 30 days before arrival. If you are planning to arrive within the next 30 days you will be charged full amount due when you reserve a suite. For the safety and security of our guests, and / or to prevent fraud we require valid government issued photo ID from each suite occupant at least 24 prior to check-in date. To prevent any misuse of our suites we require fully refundable damage deposit. Deposit amounts vary from $500 – 1,000.00 CAD. Deposit will be refunded in full after I depart provided that the guest departs on or before 11 a.m. on his / her check-out date, provided that there was no smoking of tobacco and / or marijuana (cannabis) and / or any other substance inside the suite and / or anywhere in the building, provided that the suite was not used for parties and / or gatherings, provided that no pets were brought into the suite, provided that there are no odors in the suite, and provided that nothing is broken, damaged, or missing in the suite.
