You get 520 – 1,000 square feet living space compared to the average 350 square foot hotel suite. Renting a suite is more cost effective than renting 2 or 3 hotel rooms for a group of colleagues or a large family. Each suite features a fully equipped kitchen complete with a full size refrigerator, stove, built in oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, silverware and dinnerware. Having a kitchen not only allows our guests to prepare healthy home-made dishes they are used to instead of having to dine out all the time, but also provides substantial savings on dining out costs. Free In-suite laundry provides convenience and keeps the change in our guest’s pocket and eliminates the need of using a costly laundry service. Unlimited high speed WiFi internet and unlimited local and long distance calls are Free, eliminating the need to pay for those services. Some of our competitors charge up to $1.00 plus taxes per call and those charges can quickly add up.
